It was absolutely wonderful!!! The view, the quiet little tucked away area, it was amazing! We were in beautiful Destin and didnt want to go anywhere ! Only thing that wasnt ideal was at 8pm while wanting to sit on the patio and look the water, the sprinkler system was on getting us wet. My option is it should only come on maybe early mornings/middle of the night.

Great location. Not a far walk from the beach but you have to cross a very busy road (with crosswalks). Had a laundry room with beach toys/floats. It was super handy to have laundry on site. We had 6 adults stay here. Would not have any more than that stay in the place. 2 bedrooms, 1 pull out couch 1 bathroom. Bathroom was connected to the rooms and not main living area which was kind of annoying but not bad. 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided for 6 people for 1 week, so make sure you get some! Simona was very kind and helpful. Responded very quickly and gave great suggestions on what to do.

We really enjoyed our stay! Getting the parking pass was seamless, and I really liked that you get garage parking access. The condo itself was clean and just as described. Yes, it is on the furthest end from the elevator, but you get a corner balcony which we did enjoy (although there isn't much of a scenic view, but no big deal). There were a lot of different codes to access everything - each room, the lobby/building entrance, the pool, the parking garage - but the host sent us all of the info we needed and every code worked! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few light meals, but if you have small kids you may want to bring your own plasticware as all the drinking cups were glass. Loved the convenience and amenities in Baytown Wharf and the location of the condo puts you literally only steps away from the fun! Additionally, the location in town was great: grocery stores, shops, and the beach only minutes away. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had a great stay. Simona was a great host. Very responsive and helpful as she gave great recommendations for things to do around the area. Clean and cozy condo! Only downside is how hot it gets! But still a 5/5 rating from me!

I loved this place. We were able to walk to places around the area and eat! Pool area and the area in general was so so pretty. I can’t wait to book again! Overall perfect place everywhere driving distance was close, and Christian communicates fast and is very nice!!

We had such a great stay! The home was spacious and perfect for our group of six, and it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

It is a very beautiful place to stay at. The instructions are very easy to follow. We did not run into any problems. we stayed for one weekend. Great location, right in the middle of town. so everything was near by. But over all the Airbnb feels like Home.

Simone’s place is beautiful. It felt homey. The place is pristine. The place was just as pictured. The instructions were clear and precise. Everything was as listed and there was nothing that I needed to ask about. We really enjoyed ourselves and if ever back in the area, we would stay again.
