Our beach is located at the first STOP sign, Gulf Shore Dr with Moreno Point, when you take a right after exiting the neighborhood. The closest boat launch is Joey Bayou $20/launch 2.7 miles away You can park your boat in our boat slip but we will need your registration and insurance card to register the boat. You can have only 2 vehicles, no trailers are allowed. Crab Island by boat is about 1 mile away Louisiana Lagniape restaurant is 0.5 miles away Harborwalk Village with restaurants and bars is 2.8 miles away by car, by boat 0.3 miles away Destin commons mall is 4.6 miles away.

We absolutely loved this house in every way! The location was perfect — everything was close by, including the beach, and we were able to walk there! One of the best parts was that it’s a private beach, so it wasn’t overcrowded at all, which was perfect for us since we were traveling with a lot of kids. If you enjoy fresh seafood, definitely bring your fishing rods because there were plenty of fish biting right off the pier! As for the house itself and the cleanliness, I honestly have zero complaints. We’ve stayed at other Airbnbs before, and this has truly been one of the best experiences we’ve had. If you’re looking for a cozy place at a reasonable price, don’t hesitate to book this home — you won’t regret it!

Walking distance to the beach but a car is recommended for other activities. Home was clean, much smaller than I imagined. The size of a 2 bed apartment. Couch pulls out to a bed but we didn’t find any additional blankets, just pillows and a sheet set. Washer & dryer available. 2 bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Outdoor patio was nice, we saw ducks and rabbits. Overall, a good stay.

It was a great location and although I didn’t require any additional assistance, I feel like any issues I could have had would have been taken care of quickly. Very friendly and sent me instructions and information without me asking.
