Our beach is located at the first STOP sign, Gulf Shore Dr with Moreno Point, when you take a right after exiting the neighborhood. The closest boat launch is Joey Bayou $20/launch 2.7 miles away You can park your boat in our boat slip but we will need your registration and insurance card to register the boat. You can have only 2 vehicles, no trailers are allowed. Crab Island by boat is about 1 mile away Louisiana Lagniape restaurant is 0.5 miles away Harborwalk Village with restaurants and bars is 2.8 miles away by car, by boat 0.3 miles away Destin commons mall is 4.6 miles away.

It was absolutely wonderful!!! The view, the quiet little tucked away area, it was amazing! We were in beautiful Destin and didnt want to go anywhere ! Only thing that wasnt ideal was at 8pm while wanting to sit on the patio and look the water, the sprinkler system was on getting us wet. My option is it should only come on maybe early mornings/middle of the night.

It was perfect for my family and plenty of space relatively close to town and the property had everything we needed to cook which was nice. House had everything we needed to get started and clean linens it was nice after the long drive down we could shower and go to bed. The private beach entrance didn’t have parking we had to walk each time we went given it wasn’t a far walk but with my spouse being disabled and with the kids it was a bit of a hassle

The family and I stayed at this condo and couldn’t ask for anything better, this is a great place to stay and very spacious. She responded every time and very quick at responding. I would recommend this one to anyone .. when we showed up and it was very very clean
