Our beach is located at the first STOP sign, Gulf Shore Dr with Moreno Point, when you take a right after exiting the neighborhood. The closest boat launch is Joey Bayou $20/launch 2.7 miles away You can park your boat in our boat slip but we will need your registration and insurance card to register the boat. You can have only 2 vehicles, no trailers are allowed. Crab Island by boat is about 1 mile away Louisiana Lagniape restaurant is 0.5 miles away Harborwalk Village with restaurants and bars is 2.8 miles away by car, by boat 0.3 miles away Destin commons mall is 4.6 miles away.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was great. Easy walk to the beach and we loved our view of the harbor. Sitting on the porch with our coffee was our favorite. The place was as described and photos were accurate. We will stay again in the future.

Wonderful location, just imagine your back yard is a peace ocean gulf. Really easy to get to the public beach through property private entrance. You can walk to beach and swim anytime. Very tide room. Simona offered plenty of information that helps you very much. Quiet community and close to local life and vacation areas. There are also beach tools prepared.
