Nestled on the breathtaking Emerald Coast in Destin, our property offers a stunning escape into nature's finest. Here, you'll find the shimmering turquoise waters teeming with exciting marine life. TEMPERATURE & THERMOSTAT When cooling the condo please keep the doors and windows closed!!! Also do not turn down or set up the thermostat's temperature lower than 68 F. The pipes will freeze inside the AC unit and it will not be able to cool down the condo. If you do not follow this important rule the only thing I can do or you can do is shut the thermostat off for 30 min until the ice from the pipes melts and then turn it back on for cooling. I apologize for any inconvenience it may cause but I cannot control what guests do or if they follow this important rule to avoid the problem especially during the hot/humid summer days. TOILETS Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper. No paper towels, no wet wipes, not even the flushable ones, feminine products etc, you get the idea. It will clog the pipes and the toilet will overflow! SMOKING Absolutely no smoking in the house! The condo has a sprinkler system that can be triggered by smoke and major water damage can occur! There is an extra charge of $250 for cleaning and sanitizing if any ashes are found inside the condo. CLEANING Please clean after yourselves, use the garbage bags in the garbage bin for your trash, put your dirty dishes and/or any pots and pans, cutlery into the dishwasher, and any used towels into the washer before you leave. FURNITURE & MORE Please do not move the furniture, rearrange or change the layout, please do not remove or change the position of any paintings or anything that is hanged on the walls. PARTIES & EVENTS No events and no parties are allowed inside the condo. Please keep in mind that quiet time applies after 10 pm until 8 am per condominium rules and to respect my neighbors. PETS Absolutely no pets are allowed on the property. There is a $250 extra charge for bringing a pet inside the condo. You will also be held liable for any or all the damages that occur because of your pet. TOWELS Please use the towels provided inside the condo only. Do not take them to the beach or to any other properties or outside places. They are provided to be used exclusively inside the condo. You should have your own for outside use( beach etc.) CLEANING PRODUCTS Cleaning products are supplied for you and your guests to be used for light cleaning inside the condo only. Please do not remove them from the property or take anything with you when you leave. IRON & IRONING BOARD For your safety and for fire hazard reasons please make sure you unplug the iron after each use. No one under the age of 18 years old is allowed to operate it. EXTRA GUESTS Maximum condo occupancy is 6 guests, 2 guests per bedroom and sofa. No extra guests over 6 are allowed at any time inside the condo or to spend the night. Please inform me if there are any extra guests visiting vs the initial number you provided when you booked your stay. INFANTS & KIDS The condo is not childproof therefore it's not suitable for infants under 2 years old. Any child or teenager under the age of 18 years old should be accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, they are not allowed to operate the electric appliances or anything else that might jeopardize their safety. Please do not leave them on their own inside the condo! Your kids your responsibility! VIDEO RING BELL For your safety and for security reasons a video ring bell is installed outside by the main entrance door. Please do not remove, disable, impair or cover the lens of the video ring bell. MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS, ENTRY I reserve the right to enter the property at reasonable times for maintenance and repairs. The guests will be given notice but they are not required to be present. If I have reasons to believe that there's imminent danger to any person or property, or if the home rules and regulations are being violated I may enter the unit without prior notice. BEFORE YOU LEAVE: I will send a short list of things I need your help with 24h prior to your check-out time. Please LOCK the front door when you leave!!! FINAL NOTE Please send me a message that you have acknowledged and that you are comfortable with the house rules mentioned here after your booking is confirmed. Please keep in mind that if you break any of these rules I might have to cancel your stay and ask you to leave the premises. No refunds are given. You have 48 hours to cancel your reservation for a full refund if you're not ok with any or all of my house rules. My cancellation policy is strict, with no exceptions! Please use common sense and treat my home as you would treat yours!
