Located in a tranquil setting, it's the perfect retreat for your next getaway. Kindly note that we have no control over the behavior of the neighbors. If they cook, have parties, or smoke (marijuana is legal here), there's unfortunately nothing we can do about it. We ask that our guest observe the quiet hours between 10pm to 9am. Please take care of my apartment as of your own. Before you leave take your trash and start the dishwasher. The number of individuals occupying the premises at any time cannot exceed the total number stated in the reservation. Visitors allowed only with prior consent of host. If there is excessive noise, I will ask you to leave without a refund. We do provide a pack and play ( no sheets). The apartment is not baby proofed.
