Once rates are set the following year, a new confirmation will be e-mailed to you. If the pool or elevator, or any other facilities offered by association are under maintanance, those are things out of our control and we won't refund you for this. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY The maximum number of guests is 8. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit all rental payments. NOISE VIOLATIONS City of Destin has a No Noise Ordinance after 10 pm. If there is a complaint regarding this issue or discourteous and rude behavior you will be asked to leave and full refunds will not be given. PET POLICY on our property we do not allow pets on property or in the unit. You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and flea spray should evidence of a pet be found. You may also be asked to leave the property or remove the pet immediately. NON-SMOKING Our unit is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found in home after departure you will be charged for sanitizing the room. CHECK-IN Check-In is 4 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 4 pm. We do not guarantee a 4 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in's that occur later than 4 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. No refunds or considerations are given unless were notified of problems during your stay and giving the opportunity to resolve the issue. CHECK-OUT Check out is 10 am. No late check-outs allowed. If you have not checked out by 10:00 a.m., a late fee will be charged. Early departures will not be given a refund Upon checking-out trash must be taken out and the dishwasher started. MAINTENANCE calls attributable to the guests will be charged to the guests. Owner or agent designated by owner may enter premises to make repairs. Units are in “as is” condition. TV's, appliances, air conditioning equipment or any items of an electrical or mechanical nature are not guaranteed. Repairs will be made as soon as possible. However, failures will not result in refunds or adjustments. RENTAL UNITS/FURNISHINGS If you require special appliances or equipment, such as hair dryers, please bring them with you. Decor, style, and color will vary & furnishings are subject to change without notice and are in “as is” condition. Under no circumstances are furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils or any other property supplied with the rental property to be taken out or transferred from one property to another. If items are removed from a unit, you will be charged the cost to replace the item. Moving of furniture is prohibited. You will be charged to place furniture back into its correct place and any repairs of any damage caused by moving items. Refunds will not be issued for a change that has occurred in the unit. ENTRY & INSPECTION We the owners, reserves the right to enter the unit at reasonable times for the purposes of unit maintenance, inspecting the unit or showing the unit to prospective purchasers, renters or other authorized persons or maintenance issues. If we have a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, or home rules and regulations are being violated, we may enter the unit without notice. We will make an effort to contact you prior to entry but guests are not required to be present when the unit is accessed. INTERNET ISSUES We will not issue refunds for internet issues. We will do our best to get the internet working in the event of an issue. If you do access any internet content during your stay, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that any accessed material does not violate any law. Users/guests may not use the internet access contained for malicious or unethical activity; including assessment of other people over the internet or that violate federal, provincial, or copyright laws. This act in conjunction with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Any and all misuse that is reported will be dealt with swiftly. HOUSEKEEPING Your vacation rental will be cleaned prior to your arrival and again after your departure. You should find your unit cleaned upon arrival. If you find that your unit is not cleaned properly please call us and we will have the maid service come and take care of the problem. No discount or refund will be given for unsatisfactory cleaning. You will be responsible for the cleaning of your unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at checkout. Cleaning Fees will be charged to your account if excessive cleaning is required after your departure. We respectfully request that you remember that you are staying in someone else's home. Please give it the care and respect that you would give your own home. Linens are furnished. BEACH TOWELS & LINENS Please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets, as linens are not to be removed from the unit. You will need to provide your own paper items and cleaning supplies. An initial set up of trash can liners, toilet paper and facial soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. If linens are found to be ruined, you will be charged for the loss of linens. Please keep in mind that make-up, suntan oil and dyed linens are considered ruined. HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT Renter shall fully defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, causes of action, loss, liability, injury and/or damage of any kind whatsoever including without limitation all claims for property damage, monetary loss, personal injury, equitable relief, and/or wrongful death, whether brought by an individual or other entity or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state or local governmental body or agency that arises out of any acts negligence omission or willful misconduct in any way on the part of Renter in the course of their stay. OWNER'S CLOSET Our property have interior locked closets that are off limits to guests. If any items are taken from the locked closet or damage is done to the closet, the guest will be charged. To all Airbnb valued travelers: in lieu of the pandemic, please consider investing in travelers insurance. It is impossible for hosts to make refund assurances for every possible scenario. My Cancellation policy is classified as strict, and it is recommended that guests consider purchasing a travelers insurance benefit in order to protect your plans in the event of extenuating circumstances. If you have been diagnosed, medical record confirmation will allow you to file a claim for travel related losses with your travel insurance provider.

Accessibility and Availability

Guest Access

We want to inform you about an upcoming construction project at Green Reef that will temporarily affect beach access. From early January to mid-March, the beach walkover at our property will be closed due to necessary repairs on the retaining wall at Green Reef. In the meantime, Beach Point HOA has graciously offered to assist our owners and guests with alternate access. The code for the gate during this period is C0319. We appreciate your understanding and patience as this important work is completed.

Simona's place was great. Right across from the beach on Scenic Highway 98. Extremely spacious condo that had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. She even had a closet full of beach gear but we had brought our own things, so we didn't use them. Quiet building and area. GPS will bring you to the wrong entrance. Type in "The Enclave" to get the correct gate entrance. If not, it will bring you to the Terra Cotta entrance. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

The host let me check in at 9am instead of 4pm as i was driving and was going to reach the location early. this just made the day amazing as I was traveling with 2 kids. The place is great and clean and exactly as in the pictures. The private beach entrance is right across the street and beach is clean and no crowded at all. the place is clean. there was some sand on the floor but it's to be expected at a beachfront condo. I would definitely go again.
